About G-Switch 2
G-Switch 2 is a side-scrolling runner built around a single mechanic: flip gravity. Your character runs automatically; you press any key (or tap the screen) to switch between running on the floor and running on the ceiling. Spikes, gaps, and obstacles are placed so that you must flip at the right moment—too early or too late and you hit a spike or fall. The result is a reflex and timing game that stays easy to learn but hard to master. Levels are short and restarts are instant, so the loop is “die, retry, memorize, succeed.” Developer Vasco_F released it in 2015; it’s since become a classic of the one-button runner genre. The game also includes seven secret orbs hidden in levels; collecting them unlocks additional characters. Some versions support local multiplayer (e.g. up to eight on one keyboard in the browser), so you can race or compete with friends on the same machine.
Because the only input is “flip gravity,” G-Switch 2 is easy to explain to anyone: run, press to flip, avoid red. The depth comes from level design—tight corridors, moving hazards, and sections that require multiple flips in quick succession. It’s ideal for the browser: no install, quick loads, and sessions that can be as short as a few minutes. If you like games like Run or Geometry Dash where one mechanic is pushed to its limit, G-Switch 2 is a must-try.
How to Play
Your character runs automatically. Press any key (e.g. Space, Up, or click/tap) to flip gravity—you’ll go from running on the floor to running on the ceiling, or vice versa. Use this single action to avoid spikes (red triangles or similar), gaps, and obstacles. Time your flips so you pass over or under hazards; flipping too early or too late will kill you. There are no jump or movement keys—only gravity flip. Collect the seven secret orbs in the levels to unlock new characters. In multiplayer (if available), each player has their own flip key; the first to finish or the last surviving wins. Restart from the last checkpoint or level start after a death. Memorize tough sections and practice the timing until you can pass consistently.
Why players love G-Switch 2
One button does everything, but the level design makes that button feel deep. Flipping at the last second never gets old, and the orbs give a reason to replay levels.

Tips for Success
Tip 1
Flip just before you need to—flipping too early can put you into a spike on the other side.
Tip 2
In narrow corridors, one flip is often enough; wait until you see the next hazard before flipping again.
Tip 3
Secret orbs are usually off the main path; try flipping in safe spots to reach alternate routes.
Tip 4
Memorize sections where multiple flips are required; muscle memory helps more than reaction alone.
Tip 5
In multiplayer, stay calm; rushing flips leads to mistakes.
Tip 6
If a section has moving obstacles, sync your flips to their cycle rather than spamming.
